WHAT IS A TOY BOX SUBSCRIPTION?
Our toy box subscription is a monthly delivery of toys for your bird/s without the need for you to shop every month.
HOW OFTEN DOES IT DELIVER?
You can choose to order it one time or have a subscription at 30, 60 or 90 day intervals. It also makes a great gift or rescue donation.
CAN MORE THAN ONE BIRD SHARE A BOX?
Yes. If more than one bird would like to share the box just let us know. You can also request to have the same identical toys for each bird.
WHAT IF MY BIRD IS PICKY?
When you sign up you will be asked for your birds likes and dislikes. Liking certain items does not limit you to only those items but disliking items can in some circumstances remove them from your box completely. The more information you provide us the better the chances of receiving the perfect toys for your bird/s.
HOW MANY TOYS ARE IN A BOX?
No two boxes are ever the same. As we custom build many of the toy box toys to suit the requests of the bird we can not guarantee a specific number of toys per box. We will maximize your budget. Take a look at our store toy prices to determine what budget box will best suit your bird/s.
WHAT SIZE BOX SHOULD I CHOOSE?
If you have a small bird chewing thin pine or balsa choose the small size toy box. If you have a large cockatoo or macaw chewing large toys or hardwood choose the large size box. If you are somewhere in the middle choose the medium size box.
CAN I CHANGE THE SUBSCRIPTION LENGTH?
Yes. You can make changes to the subscription anytime by logging into your account. Go to "recurring orders" in the "my account" page.
CAN I REQUEST SPECIFIC TOYS?
Yes. 10 days before your order goes through you will receive a notice by email. Simply reply to the email if you have a certain toy you would like sent.
We encourage feedback! To ensure we send the perfect toys every month reply to your order notification telling us how your bird enjoyed the previous box. That way we can make any changes before sending the next box.
