Candy Dots

My blue-throated macaw absolutely loves this! It took him no time to figure out that he could remove the dots, but then he decided to not just shatter the beads, he filled one of his food bowls with them and kept them there for a few days just rolling them in his beak. He would eventually shatter them, and pick up another one, then start the process over. I have to really pace giving him this as he completely ignores his other toys when he has one!

After only a week, my Senegal parrot has done quick work chewing/shredding the edges of this block and taking out a couple of the dots already. While this toy may have been meant for the big birds, I took a chance and happily found that my little guy can hang with the best of them too. This is definitely a repeat buy.
